Meet the Team

Kierston Ward​

Owner / Professional Bookkeeper

Kierston, a native of Southern Utah, previously worked as a firefighter, but when she had a baby, she realized that her working hours, along with her husband’s working hours, would not be conducive to a family lifestyle. Therefore, she decided to pursue a new career path in bookkeeping. She worked for a bookkeeping company full-time until she decided to start her own company in August of 2017. 

Her company has grown steadily from this time and is created to fulfill a need that Kierston saw in the bookkeeping field. She comes from a construction background and has multiple family members that work in the contractor industry, including carpenters, plumbers, and HVAC technicians. Kierston has been married for 5 years and has two children, one 4-year old and an 8-month old baby.

Aida-Danielle Amagou

Professional Bookkeeper

Aida-Danielle has a strong background in corporate America, banking, chargebacks, and financial risk management. She provides her clients with expert advice, professionalism, responsiveness, and peace of mind.

Originally from Paris, Aida-Danielle decided to move to the United States to attend college and has now been living in California for over 20 years. America feels like home, and she loves it here! In Los Angeles, she met her husband, who is from Greece, and together they have two beautiful young daughters.

Aida-Danielle enjoys entrepreneurship, and her education in Business Management, along with her certification from the BBL program as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, gave her the knowledge and confidence to start her career as a professional bookkeeper. Over the past two years, she has enjoyed working with Bookkeeping for Contractors, and her hope is to assist your business with efficiency, accuracy, and financial success.

Lacy Jones​

Professional Bookkeeper

 

Lacy is a wife, mother, and lover of numbers. She enjoys hiking and exploring with her family. She loves solving problems, researching answers, and organizing things. Lacy proudly identifies as a nerd, but she makes it look cool.

She majored in Accounting at Texas Wesleyan and spent five years as a Fraud Prevention Specialist in the banking industry. With a detailed eye, Lacy is always alert for discrepancies within your books.

Lacy loves contractors, partly because she is married to one! Together, they remodel homes in their spare time and hope to build their dream home in the near future.

Maria Neeley

Account Manager

Maria is an Account Manager with over a decade of experience in the accounting and finance industry. She graduated from Utah Valley University with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Business Management. Maria has expertise in GAAP accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and job costing.

While in college, she worked as a salesclerk for Roofers Supply, gaining deep insight into roofing contractors' needs and project management for their roofing clients. Maria finds satisfaction in helping others succeed and thrive in the small business environment.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her spouse and dog. They are enthusiastic hikers who love the outdoors. Additionally, she enjoys running and strength training.
